1. Using Our Services

You must follow any policies made available to you within the Services. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Subscription and Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Mintlyr uses standard INR pricing and supports UPI payments via supported gateways.

3. The SDK

Mintlyr provides an open-source SDK for integration. While the SDK is provided "as-is", we strive for maximum compatibility and performance. You agree not to use the SDK for illegal activities or to bypass AI provider safety filters.

4. Intellectual Property

Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access. Use of the Mintlyr logo requires prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mintlyr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

6. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the new terms on our site.
